Context
Alianza, a pure-staffing IT consulting firm operating since 2009, supports CIOs in structuring and securing their environments. Azinove is designing and developing Alianza’s new digital identity: a modern, high-performance, conversion-oriented website that replaces their existing online presence. The project covers a full UX/UI redesign, a clear editorial architecture across their three expertise pillars (IT & SAP, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity), and an integrated recruitment platform to fuel their growth.
The challenge
The existing site lacked differentiation, the visitor journey was fragmented across the three expertise areas (IT & SAP, cloud, cybersecurity), and digital channels were underperforming for senior consultant sourcing.

What we did
Full UX/UI redesign with a tightened editorial architecture around the three expertise pillars. New premium art direction aligned with enterprise consulting codes. Integrated recruitment platform and qualified lead-capture forms.
Results
A digital presence aligned with Alianza’s enterprise positioning, a clear visitor journey, and a platform ready to power both commercial growth and talent sourcing.
