Refund Policy Overview

Azinove Group is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined in this policy. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted if: • The service delivered does not match the specifications agreed upon in the contract • There are technical issues that prevent the proper functioning of the delivered solution and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe • The project is cancelled before significant work has commenced • Services are cancelled in accordance with the terms of your specific service agreement

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service delivery or within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. Late requests may not be eligible for a refund. Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: 1. Contact our billing team at billing@azinove.com 2. Provide your order/invoice number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request 3. Include any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request 4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days 5. If approved, the refund will be processed as described above

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: • Completed projects where all deliverables have been met according to the contract • Custom development work that has been completed and accepted by the client • Third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf • Consultation fees for services already rendered • Projects where significant work has been completed (more than 50% of project milestones)
