Azinove SAS (13 rue de Dahlenheim, 67200 Strasbourg, France; SIREN 897 432 324) publishes the Azinove mobile app and is the controller of the personal data it processes. The app is for Azinove clients and their contacts, whose accounts Azinove creates for a contracted project, and for customers of Azinove AI. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools, and it does not access your camera, photos, microphone, location or contacts.
Data the app processes
- Sign-in: your email address and password, sent over an encrypted connection to account.azinove.com. In the Azinove AI space, your email address, password and two-step verification code are sent to app.ai.azinove.com.
- Account: your name, email address and user ID. The app also shows your job title, department and phone number when they are in your account, but it never sends them.
- Your project content: the messages you write in your project channels, your review decisions (approvals, ticked checks, correction requests and their comments) and, if you delete your account, the reason you choose to give.
- Notifications: if you allow them, your device push token and its platform, so we can notify you about your projects and your account. The token is removed when you sign out or delete your account.
- Technical data: the app name, version, platform and language, recorded with your session, and your IP address, used to limit repeated sign-in attempts. When it starts, the app checks for updates with Expo; that request carries a random identifier created when the app is installed, which is not linked to your account.
- Preferences: your language and which notifications you have read are saved to your account. The theme stays on your device.
Your session is kept in the secure storage of your device (the Keychain on iPhone) and removed when you sign out. We use this data only to provide the app: sign-in, your projects, messages and notifications. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or track you across other apps or websites.
Service providers
These providers process the app data on our behalf:
- Vercel: hosting of account.azinove.com, with servers in Frankfurt, Germany, and of the Azinove AI console, in Paris, France.
- Neon: the database, hosted on AWS in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Expo (650 Industries, Inc.): relays push notifications to Apple and delivers over-the-air app updates.
- Apple: the Apple Push Notification service, which shows notifications on your iPhone.
- Postmark: transactional emails, such as the account deletion confirmation.
- Ably: real-time delivery of notifications to Azinove clients.
- Scaleway: hosting of Azinove AI in Paris, France, only if you use the Azinove AI space.
The text of a notification passes through Expo and Apple to reach your device. Expo, Apple and Postmark are based in the United States and Ably in the United Kingdom, so some of this data may be processed outside the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account, access closes at once and your personal data is erased or anonymised within 30 days. Messages you wrote in shared projects stay in the project without your name. Invoices, quotes, signed contracts and the accounting records linked to them are kept for as long as French law requires (10 years for accounting documents).
Deleting your account
To delete your account in the app, open the Account tab, choose “Delete my account” and confirm with your password. You can also follow the steps at account.azinove.com/en/account-deletion. Azinove AI accounts are managed in the Azinove AI console; to close one, write to us at the address below.
