One shared source of context

What matters, in one place.

With members invited to your workspace
05

Requests & feedback

Submit and follow feature requests with comments, attachments and a visible status.

Prioritisation remains part of the engagement
06

Service status

View health checks and their history for services the team has configured.

Available only for connected environments

Azinove Account does not replace the contractual scope or human conversations. It makes shared context easier to find.

From start to continuity

A workspace that follows the engagement.

Configuration adapts to the project. This is the usual flow, not a promise that every engagement is identical.

01

Engagement framed

Scope, responsibilities and useful access are agreed before the relevant modules are opened.

02

Workspace configured

The organisation, members and permissions are connected to the relevant projects and documents.

03

Work shared

The team records agreed information; you review, comment or decide according to your role.

04

Context retained

Accessible documents, decisions and histories stay together to support what comes next.

Controlled access

Each person sees what is relevant to them.

Account connects organisations, projects, members and permissions. What someone can view or change depends on their assigned role and shared resources.

Your organisation

Owners or administrators manage members and their roles in the workspace.

The Azinove team

Assigned people work within the projects and channels opened to them.

Transparency, without shortcuts

A useful dashboard is still a tool.

We prefer to state clearly what the workspace contributes and what still depends on the engagement.

What Account contributes

  • One shared entry point to the project
  • Continuity between documents and conversations
  • Permissions aligned with roles
  • Useful history behind decisions

What depends on the engagement

  • Enabled modules and integrations
  • Update frequency and level of detail
  • Technical or financial access
  • Support and response arrangements

Access Azinove Account

Create your access or return to your workspace.

Creating an account prepares your access. Projects, data and modules are opened according to your organisation and engagement with Azinove.

Creating an account does not place an order for services.

Useful questions

Understand Account before using it.

These answers describe the general model. The scope of your workspace is confirmed with your engagement.

01What is Azinove Account?

Azinove Account is the client workspace used to gather project information and support collaboration with Azinove. Depending on the engagement, it can provide access to roadmaps, tasks, documents, conversations, requests, invoices or configured service status.

02Can I create an account before a project starts?

Yes, you can prepare an account. Projects, members, documents and other data become available once they are connected to your organisation and the necessary permissions have been assigned.

03Is every feature enabled for every client?

No. Modules and integrations depend on the engagement, available data and agreed access. We confirm what will be used during framing and can adjust the configuration when the need changes.

04How is access managed?

Access is connected to organisations, projects and roles. Some capabilities, including documents and finance, have separate permissions so members only see or change what has been opened to them.

05Does Account replace meetings and demonstrations?

No. It retains context and supports follow-through, but demonstrations, workshops and conversations remain essential to understand the product and make important decisions.

06Are response times and support included?

Support arrangements, hours and any response objectives are defined for each engagement. The presence of a channel in Account does not by itself create an availability commitment.
