A comprehensive Owners Association management platform for Sovereign Estate, built to manage the operational lifecycle of Bahrain communities. The system covers property and unit records, owner and resident management, accounting workflows, service charges, budgets, maintenance, violations, documents, communications, reporting and a resident-facing community portal.
Sovereign needed more than a public website: it required a full operational platform to manage owners associations, financial workflows, properties, residents, governance and resident services in one system.
Azinove built a dedicated management application with a structured OA data model, 55+ operational pages, accounting modules, service charge workflows, document management, communications, reporting and cross-app integrations with the internal and voting systems.
The platform gives Sovereign a scalable digital backbone for property operations in Bahrain, replacing fragmented manual workflows with a centralized management system.
