01

Published context

EBMC is a consulting and management firm specializing in business development, project coordination, and operational support for companies across Luxembourg and Europe. Their teams handle a high volume of administrative workflows, recurring documentation, compliance checks, and multi-step operational tasks that were previously managed manually.

To support their growth and increase efficiency, Azinove designed and developed an internal automation platform tailored to EBMC’s operational needs. The tool centralizes key processes, standardizes workflows, and automates repetitive tasks such as document generation, client onboarding sequences, project follow-up, reporting, and internal communication flows.

The platform integrates with EBMC’s existing tools (CRM, email systems, calendar, file management) to provide a seamless experience for employees. Automated triggers, smart templates, dashboards, and approval flows reduce friction and ensure consistency across projects.
By digitizing and automating these processes, EBMC’s teams can focus more on strategic advisory work and client-facing activities rather than manual task handling.

The project was built with flexibility in mind, allowing teams to easily adjust workflows as the company evolves.

Statement from the project record
02

Recorded challenge

Fragmented internal workflows: Many tasks were spread across emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools, making processes slow and error-prone. High administrative load: Consultants spent significant time on repetitive tasks such as documentation, follow-up, and reporting. Lack of visibility and tracking: Managers had limited insight into workflow progress and workload distribution. No standardized process logic: Each consultant often worked with their own method, leading to inconsistent client experience. Scalability issues: As EBMC expanded, manual processes could no longer support increasing workload.

Described contribution

Workflow mapping & standardization: Azinove collaborated with EBMC teams to analyze existing processes and turn them into clear, optimized digital workflows. Automation engine: Azinove implemented automated routines for recurring actions such as reminders, document generation, onboarding sequences, and reporting tasks. Centralized platform: The tool unifies multiple steps into a single interface, reducing dependency on scattered tools. Integration with existing systems: Connecting the platform to email, calendars, and internal document storage improved continuity and reduced switching overhead. Scalable architecture: The system is designed so EBMC can add new workflows or modify existing ones without redevelopment.
