Challenges
Fragmented internal workflows: Many tasks were spread across emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools, making processes slow and error-prone. High administrative load: Consultants spent significant time on repetitive tasks such as documentation, follow-up, and reporting. Lack of visibility and tracking: Managers had limited insight into workflow progress and workload distribution. No standardized process logic: Each consultant often worked with their own method, leading to inconsistent client experience. Scalability issues: As EBMC expanded, manual processes could no longer support increasing workload.
Solutions
Workflow mapping & standardization: I collaborated with EBMC teams to analyze existing processes and turn them into clear, optimized digital workflows. Automation engine: I implemented automated routines for recurring actions such as reminders, document generation, onboarding sequences, and reporting tasks. Centralized platform: The tool unifies multiple steps into a single interface, reducing dependency on scattered tools. Integration with existing systems: Connecting the platform to email, calendars, and internal document storage improved continuity and reduced switching overhead. Scalable architecture: The system is designed so EBMC can add new workflows or modify existing ones without redevelopment.
