AI development company · For US businesses

AI development for US businesses, shipped to production, not left in a demo.

Azinove builds AI agents, LLM integrations and document automation for US companies, remotely from Strasbourg, France, and our headquarters in Bahrain. We take one workflow your team runs every day, connect AI to the systems that hold its data, and put evaluation, human approval, logging and cost tracking in place before launch.

When this service is useful

When AI has to do real work, not answer test prompts.

Most teams have already tried a chatbot. What comes next is AI wired into the way work actually moves.

01

The support queue grows faster than the team

A person reads every ticket just to decide where it goes and how urgent it is, before anyone solves anything.

02

Documents arrive faster than anyone can key them in

Contracts, vendor invoices, W-9s and intake forms land in shared inboxes, and someone retypes their fields into the CRM or accounting system.

03

The pilot impressed everyone and then stalled

A prototype answered well in a meeting, but nobody knows how often it is wrong or what it costs at real volume.

04

A customer asks where your data goes

A security questionnaire asks which AI providers process customer data, and nobody wrote the answer down.

How we frame the problem

An AI feature is a production system with a probabilistic part.

The model is one component, next to the data feeding it, the tools it may call, the person approving its output and the logs.

01

The problem

LLM integration often starts from the model outward: a clever prompt first, and only later the questions about accuracy, permissions and cost.

02

Our intervention

We start from one workflow and its baseline, build an evaluation set from your real cases, then connect the model with narrow permissions, human approval and logging.

03

The intended result

A workflow in daily use, where you can see how well the AI performs, what it costs and every action it took.

Capabilities

What we build as an AI agent development company.

Where AI most often moves from experiment to daily use.

01

Support triage agents

Agents that classify, route and draft replies to tickets, with a person confirming before anything reaches a customer.

02

Document extraction

Fields pulled from contracts, invoices and forms, validated, and sent to the system of record; uncertain cases go to review.

03

Internal knowledge assistants

Answers from your own policies and manuals, citing the source and respecting who may see what.

04

AI inside your CRM or ERP

Summaries and drafted records inside the tools your team uses, applied only after a human approves them.

05

Evaluation, guardrails & cost control

Test sets built from real cases, output checks, action limits, full logging and per-request cost tracking.

06

Hosted APIs or private models

Hosted model APIs compared with open-weight models on private infrastructure, for your data and volume.

Possible deliverables

What you have at the end of an engagement.

The written scope lists which of these are included.

  • 01

A written scope: workflow, baseline, data and acceptance criteria

  • 02

An evaluation set from your own cases, rerunnable after every change

  • 03

The agent, extraction pipeline or assistant, connected to your systems

  • 04

Human approval steps, action limits and an audit log

  • 05

A cost model per request and per month, with usage alerts

  • 06

Data-flow and model-provider documentation for customer security reviews

Example scopes

Three ways a US engagement usually starts.

Examples, not fixed packages. For a small business, custom AI usually starts with one of these.

01

Support triage agent

Classify, prioritize and draft replies, measured against how your team handled the same tickets.

AI agentHelpdeskHuman approval
02

Document extraction pipeline

Turn one recurring document type, such as vendor invoices, into validated records in your CRM or ERP.

03

Knowledge assistant on private data

An assistant over defined internal documents, with citations, access rules and an optional self-hosted open-weight model.

Guardrails

What we tell US buyers up front.

Where we are, what we hold and what we do not promise.

  • 01

We have no US office or US entity: the work is done remotely by our team in Strasbourg, France, and Bahrain, and on-site visits are not part of our standard offer.

  • 02

We hold no SOC 2 report and no HIPAA attestation. If your use case requires them, we say so at scoping instead of working around it.

  • 03

No accuracy rate, level of automation or return on investment is promised before evaluation on your own data.

  • 04

Model providers, data retention, hosting location and log access are written into the scope.

How the engagement runs

A remote engagement built on writing.

Strasbourg is six hours ahead of US Eastern time, so most of the work does not depend on meetings.

01

Written scoping

A short call, then a written scope: workflow, baseline, data, risks and success criteria.

02

Build on your data

We build against real samples, with written async updates and recorded video demos.

03

Evaluate & approve

We review evaluation results together; going to production is your decision.

04

Launch & monitor

Live with logging, cost tracking and human review, monitored as data and models change.

Frequently asked questions

Questions US teams ask before hiring an AI development company.

Less about which model, more about who controls the data, the cost and the mistakes.

01Do you have an office or team in the United States?

No. Azinove Group is two companies: Azinove W.L.L in Bahrain, our headquarters, and Azinove SAS in Strasbourg, France. We work with US companies remotely, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a presence we do not have. AI development suits remote work: it happens in code, data and written decisions, demos are recorded on video, and calls fall in the hours our days overlap.

02How do you handle the time difference with US teams?

Strasbourg is six hours ahead of US Eastern time, so our afternoon overlaps with the morning on the East Coast, and less with the West Coast. We plan around that instead of hoping for real-time chat: scoping is written, progress updates are asynchronous, demos are recorded so your team can watch them when it suits, and live calls are kept for decisions. You keep a written trail of every decision.

03Should we use a hosted AI API or an open-weight model on our own infrastructure?

It depends on the data, the volume and your obligations. Hosted model APIs are usually the fastest way to start and need no infrastructure. Open-weight models deployed on private infrastructure give you more control over where data goes and can make sense at steady, high volume. We compare both on your own evaluation set, then document the trade-offs in quality, cost, latency and data handling so the choice is yours and explicit.

04How do you stop an AI agent from taking the wrong action?

By limiting what it can do and checking what it did. Each agent gets the narrowest set of tools and permissions the task needs. Actions that change a record, send a message to a customer or move money go through a human approval step. Outputs are checked against rules before they are applied, every model call and action is logged, and the evaluation set is rerun whenever a prompt, a model or the data changes.

05How do you keep LLM costs under control?

We measure cost per request during the pilot, on realistic volumes, so the monthly figure is known before launch rather than discovered on the first invoice. From there the usual levers are routing simple tasks to smaller models, caching repeated work, trimming the context sent with each call and setting usage limits with alerts. Cost tracking stays on in production.

06Have you shipped AI to production, or only prototypes?

Both, and we are clear about which is which. AI products we have built and shipped include PricingOS, an AI pricing-strategy platform, and Designease, an AI interior-design platform in Bahrain. For Kappeler Publicité in France we built a tool that automates CERFA administrative forms. Our clients are in Bahrain, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland; we have no named US clients to show you yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.

07Do custom AI solutions make sense for a small business?

They can, if the scope is small and the task is frequent. For a small business, the right first project is one workflow that eats hours every week, such as sorting support email, extracting invoice data or answering internal questions from a policy manual. We scope that one workflow, measure it against how it is done today, and only suggest a second one once the first is working and used.

08Can you work with health, financial or other regulated data?

We can design for it, but we will be direct about the limits. We hold no SOC 2 report and no HIPAA attestation, and we do not give legal advice on what your obligations are. What we can do is keep data on infrastructure you control, use open-weight models when data must not go to a third-party API, restrict access and document every data flow so your compliance team can assess it.
