Project Overview

Internal operations portal for Sovereign Estate W.L.L., centralizing property management workflows, financial tracking, maintenance requests, and staff coordination across all managed owners associations in Bahrain.

Challenges

Sovereign Estate managed multiple owners associations using disconnected spreadsheets, email chains, and manual processes. This made it difficult to track maintenance requests, financial obligations, and owner communications at scale.

Solutions

We built a centralized portal with role-based dashboards for property managers, accountants, and maintenance staff. Each association has its own workspace with financial tracking, ticket management, and document storage. The platform integrates with the public website and voting system for a unified ecosystem.

Results

The internal portal consolidated Sovereign Estate's operations into a single platform, reducing administrative overhead and improving response times for maintenance requests and owner inquiries.
