Project Overview
Secure online voting platform for owners association members, enabling remote participation in AGM resolutions, budget approvals, and community decisions with authenticated voting, real-time results, and full audit trails.
Challenges
Traditional owners association voting required physical attendance at AGMs, resulting in low participation rates and logistical challenges. Many owners who live abroad or have scheduling conflicts couldn't exercise their voting rights.
Solutions
We developed a secure voting platform where each property unit gets authenticated access. Administrators create resolutions with voting windows, owners cast votes remotely from any device, and results are calculated in real-time with full audit trails for legal compliance.
Results
The voting platform significantly increased participation rates in association decisions, enabling remote owners to vote for the first time and bringing greater transparency to the governance process.
