Sovereign Estate manages owners associations in Bahrain. Azinove built its public website, sovereignbahrain.com, in English and Arabic. The site is one of the company’s applications built by Azinove on a shared backend; the operations platform for staff, the owner portal (web and mobile app) and the online voting system each have their own case study.
The company serves three groups: the public, its staff and property owners. The public website had to present Sovereign Estate in English and Arabic, while the staff and owner tools behind it needed their own access levels.
Azinove built the website as one of three Next.js applications sharing a common backend: the public site, an internal portal for staff and a secure voting platform for owners, all connected through tRPC with role-based access.
