Radiology Check is a healthcare technology platform that provides independent radiological second opinions. Patients and referring physicians securely upload medical imaging for review by certified radiologists and receive detailed reports that confirm or refine the initial diagnosis.

Medical second opinion platform connecting patients with expert radiologists worldwide. Radiology Check enables patients to upload medical imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans) and receive independent diagnostic reviews from certified specialists, improving diagnostic accuracy and patient confidence.
Building a medical platform requires strict data handling, patient privacy compliance, and a user experience simple enough for non-technical patients while sophisticated enough for medical professionals. The platform also needed to support multiple languages for an international patient base.
We developed a secure, HIPAA-mindful architecture with encrypted file storage on AWS S3, a clean patient-facing interface for uploading scans and receiving reports, and a backend workflow for radiologist assignment and report generation. Multi-language support via next-intl serves patients across Europe and the Middle East.
The platform successfully connects patients with specialist radiologists, providing accessible second opinions that improve diagnostic confidence and patient outcomes across multiple countries.
