Challenges
Kappeler needed to digitize a paper-heavy municipal permit process and connect it directly to their manufacturing pipeline, while maintaining accuracy across thousands of signage types.
Solutions
Azinove built a Turborepo monorepo with web, admin, mobile, and CRM apps. The AI-powered CERFA automation extracts and fills municipal forms automatically, while the nomenclature tool manages the entire signage catalog. An iOS app with LiDAR integration enables on-site measurements.

A streamlined digital workflow that cuts permit processing time, connects field measurements directly to manufacturing, and gives Kappeler a modern platform for managing their signage business end-to-end.
